I think I accidently deleted a message on this topic, so I'll create a post on it here. Basically, if you are in good health now, and are not engaging in unhealthy activities, then you should consider the essay I wrote about the best practical diet (for me at least). Keep in mind that if you do anything more than very mild "exercise" you are likely causing so much stress that it's impossible for me to say anything more than it seems like a good idea to consider antioxidant-rich foods while you exercise.
If you are in poor health or are engaging in "risky" behavior, then that complicates things greatly. At this point, anyone interested should post a message here and try to be very specific about what your health situation is, and I'll do some research for you. |
