Wow,, this forum is very interesting indeed, it sorta stands against a lot of "healthy" ideas that we have been learning.

According to Dr. Mercola, the reason why sugar is bad is the way it raises one's insulin level and all the problem that will cause your body. Please comment? I feel a lot better when I avoid sugar at all cost and my skin doesn't break out when I dont eat sugar.

What is AA,,, and where is it found? From reading your essays, I think you meant AA is present in high degree cooked meat exposed to air? and Omega 3 fat? Am I getting it right?

What is wrong with Turnip? as korean, i eat a lot of those. Pickled and cooked in beef broth.

I saw that there was no vegietable in your diet. How come? From my personal experiences, eating tons of fresh raw vegietable seems very good for my health, as shown in my skin and my stomach comfort level. Dr. Mercola suggest eating 1 lb of raw vegie per 50 lb of weight per day to keep optimal health, and I really do believe it. Any reason to think otherwise?

Do you believe that some peopel can't tolerate dairy too well? Please explain if you can. The older I get, less tolerance I have of any (good quality raw and pasteurized) dairy product.

Can u comment on my diet?

3-4 raw organic eggs with blended vegie juice (broccoli, cabbage and collard with organic apple juice) with a spoonful of flax seed soaked in water. Sometime just homemade almond milk with rice based cereal.

Lunch: noodle soup or sandwhich or left over.

Dinner: Big bowl of salad with dressing made with red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, onion, carrot sea salt and pepper. I accompany this salad with crock pot cooked beef stew, chicken curry or pan fried or gilled fish. Sometimes, korean soup made with either fermented soy bean paste with squash or beef bone. I sometimes also accompany that with organic white and brown rice with soaked black beans or mung bean.

Dairy: I stopped dairy all together when I had raw colostrum last time when I got a major stomach cramping and migraine headache.

I use Grapeseed oil to cook, take coconut oil for supplement and olive oil with my salad.

I konw its a lot of question. Pleas please answer as much as you can, would be appreciated.

Here are my thoughts:

1. Don't consume any omega 3 rich foods. They only appear to be "beneficial" because they block AA metabolization.

2. AA is arachidonic acid. If you eat a typical American diet, your cells fill up with AA, which is released if they are stressed in any way. Then the AA gets turned into inflammatory molecules, which leads to the various "chronic diseases" of today.

3. You want to get AA out of your cells, and the way to do this is to avoid any major source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, and this includes canola oil, lard, and other things most people don't think of in this context.

4. There are a lot of dairy products with additives that can cause digestive problems, so make sure that you are buying a dairy product that does not have carrageenan or various bean derivatives in it.

5. Fermented cabbage is what I would suggest instead of turnip, due to turnip's anti-thyroid effects, though small amounts won't hurt.

6. Add up your calories from protein - it doesn't look like you get enough protein.

7. Try a brand of sugar called Rapadura (in the USA). The whole "low GI food" thing is ridiculous, but as usual, has a grain of truth to it. If your diet is terrible, then a slighly less terrible diet is better, right? What you do is to eat a "high GI" food but at the same time eat a highly saturated fat source, such as potatoes with butter, or coconut milk mixed with Rapadura sugar, etc.

8. Most of my high quality protein comes from cheese. Eggs are okay but at least boil them a couple of minutes or else they can have inhitibitive effects.

9. When you say that you eat a lot of vegetables, it would be necessary to know exactly what. For example, spinach contains a lot of oxylate, which in conjunction with a lot of polyunsaturated oil, can cause major problems in your body (stones). Plants don't want you to eat them, unlike fruit, and you expose yourself to substances designed to discourage animals from eating a lot of that plant. If you eat a lot of certain ones, you may be causing your body undue stress.

If you have any other questions, feel free to post again.
