Our client, a leading international consulting firm, employing over 3500 employees in over 20 countries, is currently looking for consultants to join their organization as employees and shareholders.

Our client develops exciting new products and special process equipment from concept right through implementation to product launch.

Their Product and Process Engineering Consulting business unit is growing quickly this year and is looking to add several consultants to their team. They are currently looking for Consultants in the following areas:

- An Industrial Designer with Strategic BD skills and traditional creative visualization skills (ability to render drawings by hand) 

- A Physicist with PM and marketing experience in the areas of Medical Devices and Consumer Products

- A Senior level Principal Consultant with a background in Physics and experience managing multidisciplinary teams (should have CAD, CNC and Rapid Prototyping skills)

- A bio-technologist who has focused on the conversion of theory to product and has worked in a consumer product environment.

Each of these candidates need to be well rounded and with industry insight and business acumen. Our client typically works in the area of medical disposables, medical capital equipment, diagnostic instruments/devices, drug delivery services, dental products and monitoring devices.

Must have at least 6 years of creative/development experience (product development, machine development or engineering management). It is a plus to have a Masters in Business Administration or Science, plus a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design, Physics or Biomedical Science. A PhD is a plus.

*Work in assignment teams to implement the solutions either new break-out products or special purpose machines and automation.

This is a Direct-Hire position.

Compensation packages are very comprehensive and include a base salary plus a high-level bonus structure. Annual bonuses range from a minimum of 10% up to 30% of annual salary. On top of the base plus salary, every employee is a shareholder in the company.
