Responsibilities:
Account Managers act as the liaison between key clients and the investment management software provider. The account manager role is to develop and expand a solid strategic partnership with each client. Responsibilities include:
Providing assistance to clients with business plan development
Drafting of key client issue reports for internal senior management
Development of key client contacts in multiple business segments of each organization
Identification of new product or business opportunities
Preparation of strategic analysis recommendations for clients
Identification/resolution of issues/problems
Up to 50% travel
Experience:
Financial Services Industry experience
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal/people skills
Proven Client Management skills
Strong Relationship Management abilities
Experience in the financial software market is preferred
