Technical Account Manager<o:p></o:p>
Large, public consulting firm seeks a Technical Account Manager to join the Managed Analytics group. The company helps clients acquire, develop and retain customers through integrated analytics, strategy and technology services. The Managed Analytics group delivers market sensing, analytic customer modeling, strategic interpretation and business transformation expertise in the form of business consulting, packaged solutions and managed services.<o:p></o:p>

The successful candidate will be responsible for the primary point of contact and interface between this leading CPG company and the internal development team and will support their managed analytics deliverables.<o:p></o:p>

Key Requirements<o:p></o:p>
- Experience working with very large sets of data. <o:p></o:p>
- Manage on site client Business Analysts (up to 50% travel) <o:p></o:p>
- Strong consulting skills.<o:p></o:p>
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, <o:p></o:p>
- Self motivated and able to work independently or within a team.<o:p></o:p>
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. <o:p></o:p>
- Consolidate requirements from Business Analyst’s and provide info. to design team.<o:p></o:p>
- Manage client expectations.<o:p></o:p>
- Set and track milestones vs. Statements of Work<o:p></o:p>
- Help client define data sources, how to cleanse them and deliver data to Managed Analytics team.<o:p></o:p>
- Create change requests and enforce process.<o:p></o:p>
- Review client deliverable reports & interpret data, seek client sign-off.<o:p></o:p>
- Identify additional sales/business opportunities & create Statements of Work.<o:p></o:p>
- Experience with data marts, data warehouses, and analytic reporting tools. <o:p></o:p>
