SENIOR WEB ANALYST<o:p></o:p>

As a Senior Web Analyst in our Online Commerce Group, you will work with other internal business units and on project teams to lead change and drive the growth of the organization with insights from web site analyses.

The Senior Analyst will work with internal business units to understand strategic business goals and determine and develop appropriate analysis to effectively measure site traffic, visitor activity, marketing campaigns and site conversion. The Analyst will effectively communicate results to the business units, including relevant, actionable findings with appropriate recommendations.

The Analyst will be an instrumental participant on project teams that drive the implementation of complex changes to our business. This person will be responsible for defining and implementing measurement strategy and implementation requirements in support of these large-scale projects to guarantee appropriate measurability based on Key Performance Indicators. This includes working with our technical development team to ensure pages are optimized for data collection and testing implemented code changes.

In this role, you will support all site test design, implementation, measurement and interpretation. The Analyst will act as a subject matter expert and thought leader on testing through proactively identifying successes, challenges and trends and should be able to effectively communicate findings from experiments to business owners.

As a senior member of the team, the Senior Analyst will work with a small amount of direction and guidance.<o:p></o:p>

Requirements:
�?-7 years experience in the analysis of marketing, sales, and web site behavior.
•Expert with spreadsheets and database software and/or business systems (Access, Excel, Business Objects).
•Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail required.
•Superior leadership skills and proven ability to work within cross-functional and matrixed team environments.
•Ability to identify analytical requirements, determine the appropriate analysis based on those requirements and effectively translate into business insights.
•Experience with a web analytics tool. Omniture Site Catalyst is preferred.<o:p></o:p>

BS in Math, Economics, Business/Marketing or equivalent, MBA a plus.<o:p></o:p>
