BUTTER JAM Thumbprint COOKIES
In food processor combine:

2 c flour
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
<o:p></o:p>
Process. Add 1 cup butter (in small pieces one at a time) with the processor running. Process until ball forms.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Make into balls.
Press balls with glass that had been dipped in sugar. Make dent with thumb.
Fill with jam, i.e., raspberry.

Bake at 350F for 10 min.<o:p></o:p>
