I want a homemade BBQ sauce AND a rub that kick ass. Anybody? Oh yeah, and DB's Vidalia onion bbq recipe. Too lazy to do a mass search

 

ALSO - what are you doing to help offset these insane prices? Freezing more? Less convenience foods? Eating less meat? Traveling less? Buying quantities (e.g. meat, chicken, veggies) and trimming yourself or sharing or freezing? Shopping 'big box' instead of Whore Foods? Eating out less? Eating out more (can sometimes be worth it if there's only one of you)? Drinking less? (GOD FORBID) Drinking CHEAPER?

 

Cough it up. Other than the holidays, this is one of the most fun culinary times of the year.
