    Your objective is weak. It doesn't want me to read the rest of your resme and that is the whole purpose of the Objective. If it doesn't do that then leave it off.
 
You could try something like "to work in a adminstrative position where I can use my admin. and people skills to help the company achive greater customer satisfaction"
 
Tell em what you can do for them, NOT what you want them to do for you.

Korky,
 
I think this version has improved dramatically, but you could still use a little tweaking.   Your objective should be more specific, for example:"Desire full-time office administrative support with management opportunities specializing in the healthcare industry".....or something of that nature.
 
Save space in your summary by condensing again:
 
�? years progressive admistrative experience             •Customer Relations Professional
•Training and development                                            •Volunteer Coordinator
•Inventory Management and Control                           �? years experience in handicapped accessible equipment and software
 
(Whatever you deem most important)
 
Then expand under each job a bit more, use powerful words, varying your usage throughout. (Note how many times you use "assisted")
 
Examples:
Coordinate
Manage
Directed
Facilitated
Organized
Maintained
Initiated
Prepared
Devised
Ensured
Administered
Developed
Successfully
Conducted
Served as
Monitored
Controlled
Improved
Created
Reduced (costs)
Oversee
 
You get the picture....
 
Also,  I would leave out your Sunday School daycare experience, unless that is pertinent to your new position.
