Account Executive, Channel Sales Location: Tri-State Area, NYC
Salary: $60K to $70K, plus bonus to 20%, paid quarterly

Job Description:
This position is responsible for selling the company’s products and services, building relationships with advertising and promotion agencies within their defined geographic territory, and executing agency specific acquisition, penetration and retention strategies.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Aggressively pursue and penetrate agencies in an assigned geographic territory for the dual purpose of selling individual programs and developing ongoing, profitable relationships. Proactively grow business with existing clients; nurturing relationships and tracking various contacts within the target firms to maximize opportunity and the company’s presence. Act as an internal liaison within the company on all "pre sale" activities from concept through program implementation. Effectively and efficiently navigate and manage internal resources to produce Company-Client win-win outcome. Develop and write proposals and presentations in support of sales efforts. Negotiate effectively with advertising and promotional agencies so that sales and profitability grow proportionately for the company. Achieve top level customer satisfaction results by exceeding or meeting customer satisfaction levels established by the company. Update and maintain sales tracking tool in a timely manner. All other duties as assigned. </DIR></DIR> Job Requirements:
<DIR> <DIR> Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered. One or more years of professional level sales experience required. Must be an aggressive, sales professional with proven sales skills. Experience in developing multi-level relationships within accounts. Experience developing incentive/promotional programs preferred. Proven track record developing relationships with both external and internal resources. Excellent interpersonal skills. Advertising/promotional agency experience preferred. Must be able to travel 25 �?40% of time, some overnight. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Skilled in dealing with clients in an expedient and professional manner, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish work priorities.
