I am somewhat new to Wal-mart, but not to retail, as I worked at Kmart for 27 years,4 months, 3 weeks, and 6 days. I was part of the workforce reduction for better customer care, that took place last Jan.4 thru the 6th along with around 7000 fulltime,longterm associates nation wide. Wal-mart has been pretty good to me, hiring me on as full time,but I am somewhat saddened by the changes that Wal-mart has made and is making since I was hired. |
