I've been in retail about 25 years working for a now dufunct dolllar store chain, a regional supermarket, Ames Department store, a convenience store and of course the last nine and a half years at Walmart. During my Wally career, I have been department mgr, support mgr, ICS, personnel manager, service desk and I am currently a CSM, trying to improve our front end.
