Heck yes!!! goes with blue carts and rocket carts as well! Everytime i touch the recieving doors pulling a blue cart or anything, I get a shock of a lifetime. Every single time!!!! And if i touch just about anything in the store I get shocked. It's to the point that I'm afraid to touch anything lol. I kick the receiving doors open just to avoid the shock nowadays.

We had that problem....they ended it by putting a little ground wire on all of the carts.
It is about four inches long and just clips on to the bottom of the cart in the front......I am sure it has a legal name....but what ever it is called ...it sure works....
