Ugh... I hate morning meetings... they are long and boring. Most times SM is talking sports... or we get useless information.
How many of you are now role playing in the morning meetings ? Management pulls a card, gives it to two associates.. and then we have to act it out.. first the wrong way, then the right way. Such a waste of time. Most still continue to do what they do when a customer needs help. lol
I have a lot of fun at our morning meetings. We do the notes and announcements, if I have a joke I'll do joke of the week on Fridays, and we've had a ball with the role play.
I try to go to represent personnel, but sometimes things are too chaotic. I usually talk about CBLs, any new updates, or sometimes I say nothing. ours are usually pretty low key.
