its not fair at all...if oyu are working there you
should get the discount...why have to wait til 90 days after hire? target and
others give you that discount immediately...its not about retention as they
say....its about their bottom line...they took away the 90 day eval and possible
raise, now the discount for 3 months...that 10% in 3 months won't help keep new
employees, if anything it will turn them off....

Knew it was only a matter of time.
Now that I think about it though. A couple of people hired
a few months ago had said that they had went to buy something
and asked for a discount and they were told they couldn't get it
til they got their card. Said they CSM said they couldn't turn
