1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 large egg
3 cups POST Fruity or Cocoa PEBBLES Cereal

1. )PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat cake mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl with wooden spoon until well blended. Add cereal; mix well.

2.)DROP tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.

3.) BAKE 11 min. or just until cookies begin to brown. Cool on wire racks.

I've also used chocolate cake mix with the cocoa pebbles - these were okay, but I preferred the vanilla. The 3 cups of pebbles seems like a TON, but it really does work out right. The guys at work request the fruity pebble ones a lot :)
