I asked everyone for suggestions on ways to improve the site and one of them was to create a recipe board. So please start a new discussion and share your yummy recipes.

Go to store and buy 8 boxes of lasagna noodles 6 big cans of whole tomatoes, 8 cans tomato puree, 8 cans tomato paste, spices needed, italian seasoning, black peper, salt, rosemary, thyme, grated pasamain cheese (sorry about the spelling on these items) bay leaves, sage, paresley, real onions, about 8 lbs of ground beef, (sounds like an old song from the 60's by Simon and Garfinkle (spelling again) Take out a second mortage to pay for these items LOL be back later with some more directions on this do not want to give out all the secrets yet

Start by opening the six cans of whole tomatoes..then drain liquid but save it for sauce..then crush the tomatoes with hand or anything you can find..I find using a stariner and sqush the the tomore to followmeatoes by hand works best..then after that but in real large pot and add the rest of the tomatoe juice from the tomatoes.  then add the tomatoe sauce and some water to bring to almost the top of the large pot you are using..bring to boil then put on simmer and add thge spices mentioned eariler then let simmer at least two or three days adding water or more tomato sauce as needed..it takes a couple of days to do this part..let the house fill with the aroma of the sauce (makes you hungry) but it is worth the wait..more to follow later in the day or tomorrow..

One important thing to remember how many bay leaves you put in the sauce as you need to remove them before eating...more to follow later
