6                    Chicken Thighs -- skinned(you can also use breasts)
   1 cup            Water
   1/2  cup        Vinegar
   1/4  cup        Soy sauce
    2                   Garlic cloves -- chopped

Put in crockpot. Cook for 6 to 8 hrs on LOW. Serve over rice. Use 1
 chicken, cut up if preferred.

Another method is to saute the garlic and chicken in a sauce pan for about 10 minutes or so, then put in a large pot on the stovetop, cover and cook on low until the chicken is done and almost falling off the bone.

Although I almost always use Chicken Breasts when I make chicken, I prefer white meat, this recipe seems to be much better with the thighs.
