- 1/4 cup coconut milk <o:p></o:p>
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice <o:p></o:p>
- About a can (or somewhat less) of sugar-free soda, lemon-lime type or ginger ale OR sugar-free lemonade<o:p></o:p>
PREPARATION:<o:p></o:p>
In a large glass, put coconut milk, lime juice, and ice. Fill the rest of the glass with the soda. Amounts can be varied to taste. Small umbrella optional.
