1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 center cut bone-in pork chops
2 teaspoons butter
1/3 cup water
1/2 cube beef bouillon

Combine the salt, sage and pepper in a small bowl and rub on both side of the chops.  Melt the butter in a  large skillet over med high heat.  Saute chops for 2 mintues on each side.  Meanwhile in a separate container, dissolve the bouillon cube in the water (microwave works well for this).  Add this to the chops, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer about 10 mintues.

I usually make gravy (using cornstarch) after I remove the chops from the skillet.
