If you put your cookie dough on a piece of saran wrap and role it in to log.Chill and slice.You will have uniform cookies and no spooning.Works just like store bought cookie dough.

 

Another hint.I take an empty tin foil wrap box and line it with saran wrap and stuff my dough in it.Chill and cut.Makes square cookies which are easy to stack and mail.
