I know one thing, this was about 7 years ago and I lost an unemployment claim and had to repay.  They just took it out of my income tax return.  No questions asked.

I am going to make them do it in person which means a 4 hour drive so don't know if he will want to do that.

I think that is the only way I will get to see her complaint.

They won't give me a copy of wht she said.

found out that if I want an in person I would be the only one that would have to appear in person.

They do not so might as well do it by phone and pray they don't.

They said I should recieve a copy of the girls complaint which I have not as of today.
