Dear noairman,

Hello friend it is time you re evaluated your view,
of the word work, We are all born depending on,
our learning capasity we all go on our various occupations,
some go and well waste their time and energy aviod not,
working, and sad to say well at one time I was one of them,
now I have changed I know and appciate the meaning of working,
hard to make an honest living, I'm proud of what I have done thus,
far in my life to no that Iam not sellin drugs or dope on the street,
nor shoplifting to get by or that I have a job and stand around doing,
nothing though 90 percent of what People Greetting is Even before Walmart,
I was working hard as a busser didn't pay the greatest but I was making,
honest money one night a fight broke out in the coffee shop that I worked,
and well I ended up serving the people because the lady at the front was,
having a bad night and talking to the casino manager who had to come in,
when he wasnt schedualed to work and the customers were happy with the,
way I served them and all ten at the table said I got the job because they did not,
like the waitress that got caught in a fight that she started  So I jumped in and started,
serving what food I could thus the establishment experienced a set back and I got,
called for walmart The set back was a Casino fire which I watched it get burned,
to the ground  I know were ever I'am in the world that I have to work for a living,
for richer or for pooer no matter what the occupation it maybe one day I will earn,
that magic reward that I feel I deserve but until then I will keep on keeping on,
providing and living up my end of a paper that I signed saying that I will preform,
the duties in which I have applied for to earn that money that I get and it isn't to,
bad, I know there is a few in Walmart that they feel to work is to be unapprciated,
but I always lived by a saying give the best and the best will be given sooner or later,
to you, this is were a test of faith comes in to stay committed and you won't be sorry,
So no air man Your veiw of work maybe differn't than mine so no matter what you,
say I will be in working hard not just working but above and beyond and I know in,
time I will see my reward......
Hope you understand this this isnt ment as an attack,
It is Just about me and my idea of work that I'am,
sharing with you Have a great day No air man Peace out!

Sincerly Arcangel

Archangel, I agree that everyone should go to work with the mindset of doing the best that you can. Unfortunately, there are many who only show up for the check and burden the rest with thier unfilled tasks. Those who are forced to pick up the slack as well as do thier own job should most definately be acknowledged.

However, Noairman is right that there are managers out there that instead of taking the time to fix the problem (those not doing thier jobs), will just sit back and let others continue to pick up the pace. Those type of managers look at it, as everything is still be done, so they could care less. While the managers should let everyone know they appreciat them, they should also deal with the issues around them. What i mean is yes, I should tell Sally she is doing a good job everyday, but if i see Bill over there sleeping on the job, i should take care of it, instead of letting Sally do Bills job as well as her own.

Lies,

I agree I often said who ever has to do another shifts,
job besides their own should get the previous persons,
paycheck Occasions I have done enough carts for three,
shifts I lately got upset and got at management to improve,
the cart situation which seems to be working customers should,
not have to come to Walmart and see total devistation for carts,
used to be when the carts in the front door would be non existant,
now employees are not allowed to take more than three carts per
shift somedays I spent and hour and 30 minutes just keeping carts,
in the front door for the customer until the new store manager came,
Now I spend less time doing carts and more time doing what Iam,
supposed to be doing watching the front door at night and greetting,
people part of my job is to see that there are carts in the front door,
as well but I used to do enough carts to be paid the same as a stockman....
Horray for the New manager Iam glad to have him working at our store....

thanks for reading Arcangel
