get this the guy who works with me in produce last night he comes over wearing this pull over type sweatshirt thing. he says to me we can store use something right. I am like what do ya mean. He is like well liek I can wear this for now and then put it back on the floor. I am like no that means you would store use it then we would keep it in produce. He said something about he was going to buy it at lunch time but I don't know if he did. We use to have store use jackets for people to wear but I don't know where they disappeared to . |

Store use...no way ....If he buy's it and has a reciept in his pocket (and he better hope he has ) That's personal use .....accepted only if it is paid for before wearing !! The Ap would have a good time with that one .. If you are cold and do not have a coat for the cooler,,,tell your lead or assitant !! |

We need managers aprovial before we can store use anything even a paper clip. BTW,his jacket(hoodie) is not a store use item.Sorry about his luck. Did they give you new aprons? White ones? Well we go get the white coats from meat and wear thoes with our white aprons when we go in the cooler. Just a thought. |

no I am only mcmahonfan that is the name I use on all message boards either that or mcmc. I never have hads two nicknames. Don't know if he bought it or not but he still has it back in produce. Before our store went to Super Center we actually went a year without accidents so we have Wal-Mart safety jackets that is what I wear in the cooler. This other guy was not with the store at the time. At one time they store used a bunch of hooded jackets for the areas with coolers and freezers but somehow they seem to have disappeared. |

Nope. Don't think it's store use. The 2 main questions that need to be answered for this question are 1) Did Management approve it? and 2) Has Claims (or whoever accounts for your store use) get the UPC signed by management so they could process it? If not, he better have a receipt, because that's personal use. Someone needs to church this guy up on the error of his ways.

thats ok learning. this guy that works with me in produce overnight I wish they would just get rid of him. He keeps doing things that just are not right. Last night he told me that he doesn't even go through the grapes that are out to see if they are bad or not he just throws them out. Thing is last night he was still doing grapes after his lunch period and I darn near had the wet wall done. The only things he filled were the grapes and the apples. Then he says he had everything filled in the farmers market. No he did not. There were tomatoes in the cooler and he did not fill those. I mean they give the guy a d-day and all he writes them some note and not its like everything is just peachy when he is still doing the same thing he was doing before. |

Guy definately sounds like he does the bare minimum on his job, and i do mean the bare minimum. Store use in my store as well, but be approved by a manager. For the longest time people were just tossing items they wanted store used in the office and expecting it to be done. Sadly, some still do this. |
