Get this Monday DM move over to the new building so the time clock needs to be set up over there.  Home office decides to program it during hours that we are open and not closed.  THus shutting down the whole smart system, csm workstations, and time clocks.   All cashiers coming in had to use managements numbers.  I had four cashiers running off my CSM numbers for an hour and half.   When I went to lunch the MID csm could not do anything because it told her she wasnt on the clock.  So she went home and management CSMed until I got back from lunch and it was up and running again.   THen the Mid CSM came back in to work.  What was home office thinking.   THey couldnt even force the time in through THere time Management screens
