We now have a people greeter at night. The guy use to work during the day. He has a mouth on him you would not believe. For one thing he never shuts up he can talk the entire time he is at work. First of all when he was on days he told another people greeter who is female that if she ever had a kid she would be a HMTF. Which she didn't know what that meant so she asked her husband when she went home. He told her it meant "Hot Mother To Fuck." Well both she and her husband are both furous. Yet nothing has been done to the male people greeter other then now he is on nights. Well now we have to deal with him. Close to every sentence that comes out of his mouth ends in the word ass. When others say something to him he shoots back with a "I'll kick your ass." or "I will shove my foot up your ass.".

The other night at lunch another associate had oysters to eat. He asked this people greeter if he had ever had oysters. People greeter says I don't even know what they look like. Associate with the oysters says that they look like slimy balls. To which people greeter says Oh so they look like Jesse's balls. Jesse is the guy with the oysters. To which Jesse says I am pretty sure you have not seen my balls lately. Then another associate tells the people greeter he needs his mouth washed out with soap. Then the people greeter tells him to suck his dick.

Ok people we have all done the cbl's. Is not all of this against wal-mart policy???

Oh yeah some of them have taken to calling each other Dumass short for dumb ass. Is not that also against wal-mart policy.

One guy said something the other night to the people greeter and he asked the guy if he wanted him to do a nutcracker on him. Then people greeter made a gesture towards his own crotch.

Ladt night at the meeting it was people greeters birthday so he went on and on about how he was going to where his lucky boxers out tonight when he went out drinking..

I know we are all suppose to go to the meetings but I do not want to go to the meetings anymore. I am offened by the language and the gestures.

In the cbl it says that wal-mart has a zero tolerance for foul language. Is not the word ass considered foul language?

While whomever he makes these remarks to may not be offended (maybe they are I don't know) those who are around and hear it and are offended by it can make a complaint through the Open Door Policy as well.  You need to go to Mgmt and tell them about this.

You are encouraged to share your ideas, observations, problems or concerns regarding the company or yourself with any supervisor. The Open Door Policy is important to meeting the needs of Associates and is vital to the success of the Company.

If you have a suggestion or concern, you can talk to your supervisor about it without fear of retaliation. Problems may be resolved faster if you go to your immediate supervisor first. However, if you feel your supervisor is the source of the problem, or if the problem has not been addressed to your satisfaction, you can go to any level of management in the Company. This policy promises that you will be heard, but it cannot promise that your opinion will always prevail.

For more information about the Open Door Policy, see your Location Manager or refer to the corresponding policy on The WIRE.

Also, call 1-800-WMETHIC... I would talk with your Department Manager. If you feel that he / she is the source of the problem, I would go to your Assistant. If he / she is the source, then I would go to your Co-Manager. If that is the source of the problem, go to the Store Manager. Hopefully the Store Manager isn't the source of the problem, but if it is, I would go to a Market Manager (Human Resources, preferably) and keep going on up from there. BUT McMahonFan, you should not take that from any Associate. I would tell them what you said to us and how you feel. ***Just my opinion***

You can definately fight this, but its up to you if you think retalliation will occur. Technically its not suppose to, but the point i am trying to make is if management or the whole store likes this person then management or your fellow co-workers can make your life miserable. hang inm there., and keep us posted.
