Pamper Your Feet this Summer
Regular foot massage benefits the whole body. Here are some ideas for blends to help refresh those tired and sometimes swollen feet.
3 drops Lavender 2 drops Chamomile 10 ml or 1/3 oz carrier oil or 2 drops Lavender 2 drops Peppermint in 10 ml carrier oil
If you stand on your feet all day here is a treatment to help with swelling and circulation.
1 drop Cypress 1 drop Lavender
Add to a bowl of warm water to which about 12 smooth round pebbles have been added.
Roll the soles of your feet slowly over the pebbles for a few minutes, then dry your feet
