New Moon (Dark of the Moon)
The time to examine what is hidden

Waxing Moon (increasing to full)
The time to concentrate on growth

Crescent moon
Time for change and emotions

First quarter
Courage and elemental magiks

Gibbous (almost full)
This moon is good for works of patience and peace

Full Moon
Strongest power for invocations
Psychic energy is at it's peak, good time for divination and
prophecy

Last Quarter
Endings, divorce, breaking addictions

Waning Moon (decreasing toward the dark)
Time to banish or let go
Break spells or release bad habits
