Well up until last night ,I had only gotten like 3 or 4 gifts and I ordered them.

One for Gage and one each for my daughter and motherinlaw..one for Matt

Well I went out late last night about 10 pm and took Lowell and he and I shopped until about 3:15am got several presents for the kids and a few groceries ... enjoyed the not running into everyone in Our Walmart Super Center ,largest we are told in the USA n,ext largest in Tenn..,

next largest in Muscles al.

There were alot of customers in there but no hussle buzzzle ,mostly stockers restocking the shelves so we got the new things put on the shelves and counters and racks since they were restocking everything off new trucks in ealier and I ddint mind that my sor legs started hurting about an hr into it I would sit down a few mns once in a while .

We kept tabs on each other by cell so now and thenhe and I ran into each other and he would say whatya got in your buggy I would laugh and say you show mne yours I will show you mine he would smile and make a little laugh and say noway..I would day move on Buddie remember meet me at the checkouts at 2:30...course both of us took a little longer .

I was worn out when I got home and shower again hoping to rest better but having gotten in bed at 4:47 amI still woke up like every 30 or 40 mns. I was hoping by now I would be in a Christmas spirit I still don't have the tree up ,probably will do that for the kiids tonight and cecorate it tomorow night let the limbs drop some ..well hope everyone of you are in a Holidays Spirit and hoping soon I will be got alot of gifts wrapping to do anyway so going to need a tree to put them under ..I am ashamed I have waited so long and know everyone is waiting so they can pick up packages and try and guess whats in them as always lol..

Anyone here tonight/I was messing aound & getting ready to go back out shopping ..in the rain again tonight hoping I get lucky and it stops raining hard like it did last night.Making or working on another tag ...

anything to stay busy...weather is so drweary and miserable here.

Candy did you hear from the people working on your house hun or suppose to be working on it ..

I sure hope you get them out soon ,I know it has to be frustrating for you and him..

Vel how are you today hun? I hope things are going well for you?Bet you have gotten your shopping done by now ,wish I did have .I just can't get into Christmas still dont have a tree up even..guess I need help there getting in the spirit of things..

Vicki how is things going with you dear ...I was wondering....do you ever hear from Beth Pj's sister anymore? If so how is she doing ? Just wondered since she hasnt made it in yet.I hope they have gotten things done by now I have not heard from her lately ..so I don't know.

Frank where you been other than in treteruous weather your the one I feel sorry for wow it gets nothing but ice and snow where you are sounds pretty rough...

Haven't heard anything from Isabell ,have written her guess shes got her hands full to with her daughter bless her heart my heart goes out to her and to her daughter and little unborn baby..and a divorce on top of all this ..it would be such a beautiful christmas miracle to have her daughter well and so she can have a healthy baby.shes in my dailey prayers...

Debs working alot 10 hrs a day and more so shes tied up too with her job...doesn't get in as much ,its Christmas time for sure...and I am trying to get into a chirstmas mood so bad ..

Sandy I know whats been going on with you hun and I sure hope things get better soon for you hun.We have missed you sweetie..

Daisy How are you sweetie ? How is the weather where you are I hope its better there than here...Its always good to see you have been here or are here :-)Hope things are going well with you hun..

Christina now girl I am sure wondering where you are and how you are I know you have alot of things going on in your family I sure sypatize with you on that so we have been missing you hun hurry back.

Hi Joy,

It been Rain here The last two days in Jeans and sweat shirt.

I have not been out side at all today. working on crafts.

And Very home sick for home. but not the weather,

On Thursday Night going A church play less 1/4 mile from here.

Saturday night To Church

Then sunday off to our Granddaughters In CA.

8 hour drive. not looking forword 8 hours on the road. but can't to see her.

all my presnt are wrapped. for then.

I hate that job. will be thier for 2 weeks.

I should be able get on line thier

Update: The woman drawing up the blueprints for the new garage was by and she will start on them Monday and send us the ruff draft for approval...we are doing the building ourselves...hubby is a retired firefighter and builder, so why pay some azzzhole to screw it up and cost me a ton???...as far as the roof, we are paying someone to replace our roof and we are on a waiting list for the best roofer in the county...everyone is backed up here as there were tons of roof damage...we are still waiting on the last check for the garage and porch damage...then after all work is completed, we have to file a supliment to get our depreciation money back...that will be 4 to 5 thousand to reclaim after the work is done...they pay less depreciation so that if you dont fix it, you wont get all of the money...sheesh...like I asked for this unwanted visitor...lol

Sorry I wasnt in today after posting all of the tags this morning...whick thanks to MSN took me over 2 hours to do with their cant find that page and freeze screens...I posted 76 tags to Beth and the stockings...today had an open house at the 911 district, so took hubby and did some socializing...came home and went to bed to toss and turn like an ole fish...lol...hugs, Candy

Still even with Christmas shopping and presents to wrap no treee. not even a light up...

Well have to get the will mustered up to at least put up a tree for the kids..for Christmas day...just so dang depressed over it all ...

It happens to the best of us, Joy. Some years just don't feel right. I know when my son was growing up and found out who Santa really was, it took a lot of joy out of Christmas for me. So I told him he had better believe or else "Santa" stopped coming!!! And, I meant it, too!

He'll be 25 Christmas Day and to this day still calls me Santa this time of year.

I have a few charities I give to this time of year, and this year especially things are really tough for a lot of people. But, just sending a few dollars here and there or taking in canned goods for the food drive always makes me feel more in the spirit.

If all else fails, take your husband and go play in the toy aisle at Walmart!!

have been busy all day baking my Christmas cookies...made 2 batches of choc chip, 2 of white chip, 2 of oatmeal and 2 of oatmeal raisin...kitchen smells real sweet now...usually bake for the auto repair shop we take veh to and some of the people at work...and also give cookies to a few other friends...nice gift and its something I made and they enjoy...hugs, Candy

Tried that last night Sugar and it did not work ..so bought him an aireplaine to play with a remote and that made me feel a little better he used to do that with my son and they still did up until he got so sick and I have no idea what happened to that aitplain so got him anotherr and it did I have to admit make me smile :-)

Maybe I will get it sometime soon I hope so...

I like you do the can foods and also do the toys for tots ...they give so much to the children I think they said they were sponsering 237 kids in this area this year so we take what we want to donate unwrapped they wont take it wrapped they have to know its new toys and I also donated Matts first Bike and another one to the savation army and gave them a little money to help out ..

Like you said everyones $$$$$$$ are tight this year I gave what I could ...

Gage still beleives in Santa thats my sons baby hes going into the third grade next time.. ,hope he gets to enjoy this year I am betting it may be his last christmas beleiving in santa they grow up so fast..

We ddi Matt that way told him when you stop beleiving you stop receiving we knew better but up until he was 9 he acted like he beleived..lol

Think I liked it better then hes asking for more expensive things now ...like I need tires for my truck ...lol Thank God for credit cards and he does need some I worried about them last time I looked they have some tread but dont think they are safe.and thank God hes a careful driver ..wish I had had a truck or car at 16...lol

Well Butterfly! . . . u already accomplished a BIG step this season. A step toward getting back on track physically. Quite a milestone . . . the move that gets u ready to finish off the rest of the sessions with yr doctors. Good for u!

Now u get to take some time off, rest, heal . . . and congratulate yrself.

Treacherous weather??? . . . oh yeah . . today u got that right! lol They say that this storm is moving at abt 120 k/hr. Abt twice as fact as the usual storms that move at around 35 mph. 'Cept it's so big they're callin for 12 hours of it. And it's thick! In the last three hours it's snowed abt 3 inches.

Here's a shot of the Toronto/Buffalo/Niagara River area . . where Lake Erie flows into Lake Ontario.

A good day to carry on working in my basement. And when u don't have to leave the house this stuff is some pretty . . . just beautiful outside.

Maybe I'll take the dogs out for a run.

I am way behind this year but I finally got the decorations finished - still got to wrap the presents. Rotten weather does not help but looking forward to Christmas, will be going to fetch my Mum in a day or so - the drive is getting a bit too much for her at 81! Off to pick up a few tags now....
