Remember when?

 

I remember when I was at my grandma's house, two kids walked by with snow shovels in their hands and offered to shovel the driveway out..... they didn't ask for pay.......they just did it!

 

I remember when it was safe to leave home with your door unlocked....

 

I remember when it was concidered rude to talk back to your elders no matter how old you where......

 

I remember when being punished for being bad meant a belt to the butt... not sent to your room where ya had your very own tv, stereo, computer and other things to play with........

 

I remember my grandma sayin "if you don't have somethin nice to say, don't say nothin!" (she said it with better grammer then I do...)
