welllllll mz whoopazzzz i was seeing the picture online like it was a bad optimized gif and when joy kept telling me she didn't see it (HEAVEN FORBID!!! Don't let her know i am admittin she's right

She will never ever ever ever let me forget it!!!) I knew then it was

my comp and kept thinking it's got to be in my settings sooooooo

to test it i loaded the page and then held down the ctrl button

and reloaded the page.....it all came in beautifully then.....i just gotta figure out how to take it off completely now lol

 

made another tag and offere it in the tag express.....hope that it's ok too
