Topaz DeJPEG remove JPEG artifacts

Topaz DeJPEG is a Photoshop compatible plug-in that can remove blocks and fringes caused by JPEG compression. The default settings were not very effective, but some adjustments of the sliders produced good results and noticeable decrease in artifacts. You can combine smoothing with sharpness and edge crispness to adjust results. In our tests, Topaz DeJPEG achieves results similar to the Photoshop Despeckle filter and USM.

FILTER FACTORY PLUG-INS

You can download them HERE.

Open an image in psp, a blank one is fine.

Go to effects.

Find I C Net Software, which is Filters Unlimited 2.0.

Go to the button at the bottom: IMPORT.

Find your filter factory filters. Select the first filter...double click on it and select all. The reason you are doing "select all" is because these are the components of that particular filter.

Then click Import.

Then click on import again at the bottom of the of the filters unlimted screen and repeat the above steps until you go through all the filters. Its a lil time consuming but its a TON of filters.
