Now that you have learned every part to make a page a page, here is the final lesson and the most important lesson
How to make HTML
First you click the button to make a table that is in your task bar of your either Page or Post
Then once you have the little blue box up
"New Table" is the only tab that is highlighted
that is the tab we will be working with.
First topic is: Rows and Columns
You want to put type the number "1" in the each box
as shown below
Next Topic: PADDING and SPACING
*****this is an important step*****
Make sure CELL SPACING is set to ZERO 0
if there is a number 1 or greater it might not look very good.
Cell Padding needs to be 1 or greater
depending on whether you want to have a thin border which the
numbers need to be lower like 1, 2, 3
or you want it to be wide,
which in that case for example I will use 35 or higher.
Next Topic: BORDERS
Here you can determine whether you want borders thick or thin, or even
no borders at all!
The higher the number the thicker the border becomes.
You also at this time can determine the color of your border or leave it black
all of this can be edited later on if you want to.
Last Topic: BACKGROUND
This is where you either put your URL or select a color
Then hit the Insert Table Button.
This what it will look like
Okay....so it doesn't actually look like a background, but
that is why we got a few more steps!
Next you want to click the box at the bottom:
"Use HTML to create your page"
where you see cellPadding=3 put your cursor behind it,
and hit the space bar and type in:
WIDTH="100%"
Then uncheck your box.
Then you will see:
Now that looks more like it!
To add more tables into your box to add mulitple layers put your
cursor inside the box, and repeat the steps as above
You can edit them by using the 2nd tab "Edit Table", and
going to whatever topic you want to make the change in.
