I will give you the numbers you must add for a simple table.
With time and practice you will be able to create your own more elaborated tables.
Border = 1
Width = 100
Height = 100
CellPadding = 3
CellSpacing = 3
Leave the rest all blank or as default in the page.
Caption = (the title of the page)
Data = Your own texts and/or graphics.
