gone shopping and now I am here

and I have a wondering why I am here

 I have the tomatoes and cabbage and the cream and the milk.

Not sure why I came just sort of found my way here

I did find the coffee and yes I did remember the cream

and I seem to have forgotten why I came

guess I should go now
