God's Lamb by Don Tyson Joseph, obedient servant of God, Took Mary as his wife, And, he knew her not. He cared for and nurtured her Even though her child was not his. He took her with him to Bethlehem, Where no room was to be found. God led them to a stable, Where he watched in awe As a Holy Child was born. A tiny little baby, Who would someday save the world. The sky was filled with angels, Singing Glory to the Lord, As Joseph, God's lowly servant, Was the first to hold God's Lamb. Copyright ©2003 Don Tyson |

I like this, bear, but did not reply as... though as we believe it was/is, it immediately brought the word 'slaughter' to mind from your last line (as mankind did) and it did not seem appropriate for me to say whilest around Christmas time, Zy PS Remember to lift if you haven't copied as I am deleting festive boards on Sunday night, but thanks for your wonderful help in filling our tree, Zy |
