Is this his sign-in with msn or with groups?  Is there a difference?  I will search.

i think the problem was my own Zy - the computer i was on was using a different email addy from an old membership and i wasn't clever enough to 'see' that

No problem, Mikhail, the only way I could remember around geyying in was the way I suggested, but I had fogotten that you moved to a second email addi, often the culprit.
