Ok to post click on Poetry page 8 ( at the mo )  thats on your left hand side 

then at the top of opened page click on New Discussion  a box like wot I am typing in appears (sometimes it can be a little slow)     ok there you have it  I think   there should be a questions and answer bit on here to step you through the process  x
