I love this Steve...one of my pet gripes. I love to make carrot ribbons (they look so pretty) but darn it...as I draw the slicer along the carrot, it jumps all over the place.

 wonder why the absence of chemicals spoils the original shape of them. (perhaps it's swelling from all the bites of bugs and slugs, lol) Zy x
