The Dish <><><> The sun was shining A gentle breeze My early morning Run, with dog When chance Jumped out And I was lost In pleasant reverie A gorgeous male Was standing there A silhouette of Adonis My maiden’s heart Gave gentle flutter At this, a sight to see But I am sure That if love would bloom On such a chance encounter Then this God would surely fall And be an utter bas?.* Ah, but such imaginings I yearned and burned in love If only such a gift to find This dish Sublime Were mine <><><> ©EMG |

Sorry Zy, yes the title was a little deliberate - its not meant to be a bitter or disillusioned poem about males - just a wondering of the mind. Emma |
