Squeal of tires, busted glass,
tangled front ends of horrid crash.
One car had not even a dent,
the other totaled, twisted and bent.
Chanting, screaming Hillary,
on both corners loud melee.
Shouting, holding signs in air,
horns a blasting without a care.
Sidewalks strewn with shards of glass,
sirens blaring, police cars blast.
Ambulance and firetruck too,
my neighborhood has become a zoo!
Treading carefully out to vote,
avoiding crowds and hazy smoke.
This reminds me of the Chicago riots,
deafening noise, when I desire quiet.
