She gazes with those
Watchful eyes
Rubs against you,
Sinuously,
Stalks away

Makes her decision
Her own way and time,
Imperious;
Returns

To be petted,
Leaps to your lap
Nudges your arm
Arches her back,
And purrs,
As at her command
You stroke,
Gently;
Curls around you,
Settles down

Special cat

Nicely done, Jen. I cab picture the scene (But you missed the part where it uses your stomach as a springboard. Yowch!)

And the bit where she digs her claws in when she is settling down lol
I didn't want to spoil the peace
Thanks Merlin x

 Purrfectly charming Jen   I can readily visualize the scene from your lines.

Best wishes

Philip, you will soon know more about me than I do xx

Emma, thank you, anyone who has cats will understand  not sure about people who have never had them though x

We have a black and white cat that comes into our garden looking for scraps of food. It isn't ours - it belongs to one of our neighbours, but it's the closest I'll ever get to having a cat.

Oh StellaR it is a pain when they do that, and when they nudge your arm and make you press the wrong keys

And Lynn, if the cat decides it wants you, then you will have no choice
