heehee....now, that 'could work both ways, Cara, for I tasted a 'croc' burger last year when the French Farmer's market was in town and have to admit though....we don't really eat much red meat so it may have been my taste buds,

 

but I couldn't see the point of it, they are safe from moi, lol, no skin accessores nor served on a platter...I just like to keep out of their way, lol, Zy

I had alligator tail once and it was so good!  Does that count?  Not a croc lol.

You know..it might have been allogator that I ate, Dix, can't really remember, just that I didn't finish it,

 

There is a French Farmer's market which comes to the towm center eack month during summer and lol...I have yet to see the same food in supermarkets down there from this particular stand, Ostrich burgers and sausages and same with the 'croc' stuff and snake patties...think it's all a con to make believe that it is gourmet, lol, but none of it appeals anyway, but had to try just the once,  Zy
