Fever, Delirium and Buses
Well I was wondering
Why the teapot was so heavy
Thought maybe they'd filled
The tea bags with lead
So I guess I'll take
To drinking coffee instead
Well I was watching
The lights from a bus window
And I sort of noticed
The blonde at one stop
Then I felt rather sick and weak
Ooh, I must be ready to drop
Then I saw an old blind man falter
As he stepped down to the kerb
But with the stick held in his hand
He soon found his way about
He's in better shape than me I thought
Of that there can be no doubt.
