I can't wait until we dance again
our seared souls
as we spin
on ice cold floors.
Feel once more
the ghostly breeze
of others come
to watch,
and dance divine
we'll hear the tunes
that echo through the halls.
Can you remember
the girl who wrapped her arms,
a spinning cloud
of organdy
as she sank soft to the ground?
One kiss was all she ached
as distant clocks would chime,
floating memories
as feathers fall
to be
again
once more.
