GOLDEN COLOURS
When golden skies are crying richness in the sky
A time of such beauty as the light is just about to die
The Sun crashes to the ocean exploding yellow in the sea
The shades escape the artists mind and unite in majesty
A million candles sparkle burning pleasure in last light
Sending golden colours deep within the night
The colours slowly merge as sky and sea collide
In the creeping darkness where golden rainbows hide
The Sun sojourns to another land and uses it last rays
The colours now start to fade and life becomes a grey
The beauty lost for the night, you must wait until the dawn
'til the Sun again shall rise and kiss colours on the morn'
