Hi girls! Dee I'm so sorry to hear this news, I just read now and I wish I saw your post sooner. As the girls have said, things like this really do happen for a reason (medically and spiritually) though surely it doesn't make you feel much better to hear it right now. I hope Adrienne is doing okay, she and you and Jamie are all in my prayers tonight... lots of love and hugs are going out to you! (I wish I could make that 'huggie' picture).
Jenny we have the same weather here today - it looks SO nice out the window yet it's so windy and cold that it doesn't feel like Spring yet thats for sure. My mom has a lot of trouble with her legs in the winter - does that also happen for you? She tries to fight it and gets around as much as she can, but I know how hard it must be! One more reason we all need the warm weather to get here. I hope you're doing well and staying warm for now... I've got 2 sweaters on lol that seems to help :) And my school is closed this week for spring holiday (spring break) thankfully so at least I get to come right home after work - catch up on resting!
Carol let us know how the fingerprinting went. I can't remember what day you are starting but I can look back and find out huh? I wish you the best of luck though you don't need any of that - it will be great - but you still have to report in to let us know for sure of course!! :) I'm going to find something for dinner so I'm sending "Happy Spring" wishes and hugs to each of you. love ~sharon~ |

Good evening to you all...Sharon, good to see your post today, now it seems we're missing our Jenny and Carol. Carol was supposed to have gotten her fingerprints done on Tuesday, and instead of telling us what she found out if she did find out anything, she left a sweet and caring post to me...I hope she got the information she needed and everything went well. Of course we know how vicious she is, lmao, so she might be in trouble, you think??? (You know I'm just teasing, right?) Carol hasn't a mean bone in her body, LOL, we all know that don't we??? Just had to put in a chuckle to lighten the mood...Hope your two sweaters are keeping you warm enough Sharon...You sound like me, instead of turning up the heat, I just put on more clothes to get warm, it's much cheaper that way!!! Garry says I'm a tightwad, but if I'm cold, I do turn up the heat as well, I won't freeze, it isn't worth it!!! LOL
Jamie was here today, so was our "Little Man" and the other young boy they have taken in. Jamie, Spencer, and Garry all worked outside, and me and Nolan stayed in the house for the most part! He wanted to get out, and Paw did take him for a short ride on the tractor, that's a must do anymore! Nolan doesn't let him forget it either. My Mama and Pop also came by today, they wanted to meet Spencer and to also see that Little Boy too! We all enjoyed it, it was nice, after Mama and Pop left I sat down with our "Little Man" and he went to sleep in my lap and slept for 2 and 1/2 hours, I loved every minute of that! LOL It'd had been quite awhile since I got to do that, he's usually wide open! All in all it was a very good day!
Thank you Sharon for your kindness and prayers, I know it will all be appreciated! Adrienne was feeling some better today, but it'll take her awhile to get back in the swing of things I suppose. I love you all lots and send you each big hugs to help keep you warm...Nighty night for now, Dee!!! |

good evening my Friends it's still very cold out .i had eliza for a hour or two today as the kids are on Holiday for easter now and michaela had to work .the boys will be back from spain tomorrow so then jason will look after eliza .we went out this morning fro some fresh air and we was well raped up .lol i fond some long johns that derek got to go fishing in and never used so i put them on and boy how well thy worked .sharon i know how your mom feels only to well you just have to keep moving about as best you can .your dad and i used to talk about how hard it was in the winter and he did as much as he could to help you mom .i do think it's best if you don't sit to long in one place as i tend to stiffen up . carol you will do very well with the job and everyone will love you as we do .dee i was so pleased that you got your family up to see you and Nolan slept in your arm's it has been so long since he could do that i know you loved that .i am so happy that you are getting so well . my cough is getting better as well i have been sleeping most of the night now well apart from the usual trips to the loo lol still i do feel better for that . ok now i am going to have a look round the net then some tv with jay jay so you all have a lovely night and stay warm my Friends love you all lots and lots . |

I know you must have enjoyed that as much as I enjoy keeping our "Little Man" right? That's definitely a job I can live with, LOL, I love it! I'm so glad to see that you're feeling so much better Sweetheart!
Carol, glad that the finger thingie went well, now it's all over but the waiting game, right? That was always the hardest part for me, is it that way for you too? Hurry up and wait, it's all a part of the game, LOL, but if you want to work, you have to play!!

Morning ladies, or should I say "Top O' the Mornin' to ya"? LOL Wanted to wish you three a very "Happy Easter" and tell you to enjoy the day! OK?
Guess what Imade today, a "Honey Pecan Pie", it's pretty good and yes, you can taste the honey in it...Well, with a cup of honey in it, i guess you can taste it, huh??? LOL Garry loved it, he's eate two pieces of it since I took it out of the oven this afternoon...LOL If you want the recipe let me know and I'll post it over on our recipe board, OK? OK!
I'm going to call it a night, it's been a very busy day for me today, I even got to keep our "Little Man" for little while this afternoon while his Daddy and Spencer got some work done outside over at their house....It killed Garry because he couldn't be up here with Nolan, he had to stay in the basement with his brother while he was here! LOL So, Nolan and I had a ball believe it or not! LOL He wore himself out totally while he was here and was grinning like I don't know what ewhen he left to go home...I enjoyed every minute he was here as you well know, huh??? I love you all three so very much, also Sharon, give your mom my love and tell her "Happy Easter" from me too, OK? Sending you each a real big hug too, it's to help keep you warm, if you're getting the same type of weather by you that we're getting tonight, you'll need all of the help you can get! hi to you three .i am in the middle of a emergency here as one of my radiators had burst up stars and i have water all over the place .jason had just got back as thy was delayed with the snow .i haven't got any heat so you can guess it's cold .i just wanted to let you know .i will be back as fast as i can .love you lots . |

OMG Jenny, the main thing is are you all right? You must be since you were able to post to us, I would imagine that it could be dangerous if a person were too close when one of those things blows up that way, huh? Hoping you can get it fixed very quickly so you don't get too cold...Can't imagine something like that happening this time of year with it being so cold outside, stay as warm as you can, OK Sweetheart?
Not much of an Easter Suinday for you is it, not what you had planned anyway!!!
Hope you other two are having a better day of it than our Jenny is having, bless her heart! Are you all having the colder temperatures where you live like we are here in Tennessee? Like I said last night, they're even calling for snow by the early morning hours, although they don't think there'll be any accumulation...Don't know about you all, but that's usually when you get a surprise 3 or 4 inches of snow for sure!!! LOL

PS Speaking of dinner, my supper here, hubby just came back and asked me if I wanted to go to the "Sonic" to eat, and I thought that was an excellant idea...He had asked me earlier, but had wanted to go to the Mexican Place or something like that and I'm not up for that, but would love to have a good hamburger, LOL...Also that Java Cooler that they have at Sonic, sounds absolutely yummy to me! Don't even have to get out of the van to eat either, LOL, I canlive with that too! Love ya lots, keep warm and I'll see you all later! |

good morning my Friends dee sweetheart everything is back to normal now and things are almost dry .i don't know what jayson did but it's a lot warmer here now it was a ill wind that went through but the bathroom radiator is much warmer .i am just glad that it was not the boiler as that would have been expensive .jay can get me a replacement radiator cheaper and fit it for me .so all in all things are ok . tomorrow ian and my self are going out to a garden center to look for some new pots for the front garden and then lunch so i have got something to look forward to . i was pleased you got out last night Even if it was only in your truck lol mind you that would do for me as-well .i have just put a lamb hot pot in the oven for dinner for later so i can relax for the rest of the day lol well till derek and the clan come up . carol sharon and you my dee have a good day as i hope to .big hugs and kisses to you all .remember even though we are a long way apart you all are in my heart and my mind . |

hi carol good to see you sweetie and no there was not to much damage i think i got to it Farly fast the carpets are dry now .i was glad i got that new carpet cleaner last week as i could suck a lot of the water up .there is a bit of damage on the wall in the hall but i will fix that on wednesday lol i know what you are thinking but i can't stand looking at it that will be fun  on the hole i think i got off pretty lucky and it seems to have done it good as it's working a lot better .   . |

Hi there girls ! I made it in this far, let's see if ol' billy boy let's me talk to you?! I'll try one more time and if this doesn't go thru I will post at our 'other' home and let you know... I hope you all had a fun easter with the families! I went up to PA again with Mom, Brian and Chris and we had a really nice time!
Jenny I'm glad too your radiator "mess" is all better, I'm sorry to hear that happened, what an easter gift that was! good that you had help to get it sorted out quickly, and you can still stay warm! As Carol mentioned we jsut can't seem to shake this cold weather here in joisey lol! I've been patiently waiting for my tulips and hyacinths to come up and they're going so slowly... I'm just hoping they don't die off again as it's been below freezing each night still. blah! oh well... i still need to work on patience! :)
oh I will wish my mom a "belated" happy easter from all of you but I will tell her it was on-time, I just didn't see it till now lol!
Dee that Sonic place I've seen advertised but I don't think we have many (or any) around here. A good hamburger does sound good sometimes!!! I can't wait until the bbq grill goes on for the year! :) I hope you're feeling well and that the kids are doing okay. alright then you each please stay warm still - we're in the "home stretch" and almost done with the "brrrrrrrr" weather :-P love you all very much! sending hugs your way and will see you later ~~sharon~~
