are you using photobucket to edit images? try using the blur effect if the image after making the smart cutout or smart scissors.
in photoshop use the feather feature. |

no, i used microsoft word...
when i used photobucket, i could do everything, but only to one picture...i couldn't figure out how to layer different pictures... |
