If you go back and watch Tilt (it's on the "Top Ten Challenges" countdown), you'll notice the teams drop in this order:

Gray dropped first. They were also the first team to be sent home.

The last three teams left were yellow, blue, and red.

Red dropped, followed by yellow. Blue won the mission. JD also said something like "Blue wins" which was actually very true (he just didn't know it at the time.)

I noticed that too.  I don't think that's a coincidence, though- Grey team said they threw the mission because they already had 2 pieces, and Red, Blue, and Yellow are all very strong teams, so they lasted the longest.
