This is for anyone from any season. How long does it take to do the temple? Because it seems like you have to wait a long time to go back to the huts after finishing the ToF, especially on E6 when it's completely bright out and then they arrive back at camp at night. So what is the routine of being sent to temple?

umm.... prob top secret.... and a lot of common sense...lol

SO here is MY temple experience. haha.

You start off by taking the long walk up there...it would be about 10-15 minutes if you walk slow. Haha. BUT, the time is extended cause every so many feet up the trail, you have to wait for the camera men to catch up and hide in the trees ahead, haha. So that in it self takes a while.

When up at temple you do the actual walk into temple a couple times. Theres a lot of waiting in between and what not. And then they need to film each team from an over the shoulder view of them writing down each of the elements. So that way they can use that as "ACTUAL" footage of whats going on. Then from there it's pretty straight forward with the writing of the elements, which took me and jordyn A LONG LONG time. haha. We were really indecisive. ANYWAYS, after that. The team that lost has to do to the stand in the flame thing, and then after that they each have itnerviews which can take a while. During those me and jordyn just sat on these rocks surrounded by A ton of people who watched the "show down". While sitting there we talked and hugged jackie and connor, generally not at the same time, cause one would be interviewing. Then they leave to the trail first and we wait a while, and THEN we go. After we go, we walk to trail which goes much faster, and we were MUCH happier. When we reach the bottom, we had to wait a little for the teams to get situated, for it to get darker, and for the camera men. Then we would be told to walk out and the hugging and yelling began. Hahah.

HAHA! That is so cool! I want to experience that! Even though i know its like not real Endurance because of the waiting of the camera men and everything But thats so cool! Thanks for sharing things like this! I love hearing these.

What does that mean?

when we see the temple of fate at home...we see the contestants writng down their elements...we look over thier shoulder right...we see the bamboo with the element on it...well thats what the camera men film

Yup, that pretty much sums it up. haha.

yeah and then J.D. reads the camera men's minds and finds out whats the elements are.
